PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and safety of working machine operation by adding the added value, set according to the degree of priority, to the difference degree of each registered voice signal, corresponding to each command word, to an input voice signal, and selecting the registered voice signal with the minimum added difference degree as an input voice prospect. SOLUTION: A voice relative arithmetic circuit 16 obtains a difference degree between an input voice signal (voice command) and all registered voice signals from a command word table 31. A distributing circuit 18 classifies the registered voice signals every three command word group. Each of primary selecting circuits 19-21 selects the registered voice signal with the minimum difference degree as a primary prospect. The added value obtained from a priority table 32 is added to the difference degree of each primary prospect by each of adders 22-24, and the one with the minimum added difference degree is selected as a secondary prospect by a secondary selecting circuit 25. A relative arithmetic circuit 27 recognizes the registered voice signal, the secondary prospect, as the most similar one to the input voice signal only in the case of the added difference degree of this secondary prospect being smaller than the specified threshold value. |
