PURPOSE: A process of preparing a health beverage by extracting a herb, tree, root, etc. which are commonly available and verified to have medicinal efficacy is provided. Whereby, the beverage has an advantageous diuretic action and good digestion and is effective in reducing hangover and recovery from stress and fatigue. CONSTITUTION: About 3kg leaves of Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.)Lindl, 200g black bean and 30kg water are heated at 90 to 120deg.C, added with 3kg onion, 200g Glycyrrhizae Radix and 30kg water, and extracted at 90 to 120deg.C.
