PURPOSE: A device for preventing a disk of a disk drive from being incorrectly inserted is provided to enable a disk to hook over a tray insertion prevention projection and a contacted part of a clamp holder, so that the disk cannot be inserted inside a body even though the disk is incorrectly inserted into an open tray. CONSTITUTION: A disk tray(20) is coupled with a drive body(10). A spindle motor(30) is installed on an inner side of the drive body(10). A clamp(50) is coupled with a clamp holder(40) on top of the spindle motor(30). An insertion groove(21) into which a disk(D) is inserted is formed on the disk tray(20). One pair of guide projections(23) are formed on inner sides of the insertion groove(21) of the disk tray(20) such that an inner section of the disk(D) can hook over a contacted part of the clamp holder(40) by inducing an incorrectly inserted disk path toward a top portion.
