PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current circuit capable of containing an influence of the channel length modulation of an FET composing a current mirror circuit and supplying a relatively stable current. SOLUTION: The constant current circuit comprises an input side FET and an output side FET composing a current mirror, and an operational amplifier circuit of which an inverting or non-inverting input terminal is connected to each drain terminal of the input side FET and the output side FET, and is composed so that the output current of the output side FET is supplied against a load.
