PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle end section structure which can equalize a load applied to a collision object in the vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: The thickness T of a first energy absorbing member 18 in the vehicle longitudinal direction, which is arranged in the front section of a vehicle 10 is gradually decreased from the central section (a thickness Tc) to the end section (a thickness Ts) in the vehicle width direction. Regarding at least one of (preferably both of) the first energy absorbing member 18 and a second energy absorbing member, rigidity in the vehicle longitudinal direction is reduced from the vehicle width direction end sections to the center. Thus, the load which is applied to the collision object 102 when the vehicle 10 collides with the collision object 102 is equalized in the vehicle width direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
