Disclosed are a tracking device (100, 300), system (400) and method comprising a receiver (330) for receiving signals, a transmitter (320) for transmitting signals (320') from the device, a processor (350) for processing received signals, a memory (340) for storing data relating to the signals, and a connector (305) for connecting to a power source (310). The receiver (330) may include a GPS (332) and a cellular receiver (334) and may be capable of receiving signals relating to device location (332', 334') and command signals (450') from an access device (450). An external port (460) and/or motion sensor (36) may be provided. The tracking device/system (100, 200, 400) may include an SOS switch (370) and/or an SOS wrist band (380) which on activation sends a signal (375) to the processor (350). A geofence (510) which specifies a geographic boundary for the tracking device (300) may be provided. |
