PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of, and miniaturize, an ignition device by forming the whole of an ignition device having an input signal delay circuit including a capacitor, with an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a delay circuit, an input signal having a period corresponding to an engine speed, is delayed at a certain time constant and outputted to an output circuit which carries out a switching control for an output transistor. In this circuit, said input signal (pulse signal) is applied to the base of a transistor Tr31, whose collector is connected to the applying point of a source voltage Vcc. The emitter of the Tr31 is connected both to the collector of a Tr33 ad to the base of a Tr34, and a capacitor 36 is inserted between the collector and the base of the Tr34. And a constant current source 35 is inserted between the collector of the Tr34 and the applying point of said Vcc, to obtain the delay signal of said pulse signal from the collector of the Tr34. |
