发明名称 MAGNETIC CORE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic core having non-deformed cross-section even when it is formed in cut-core shape and also having no fluctuation in magnetic characteristics generating from contruction and hardening of resin and also having small iron loss by a method wherein a part of the magnetic core main body, formed by laminating or winding up a magnetic alloy thin strip, is hardened by resin having a degree of hardness higher than other part. CONSTITUTION:The main body of magnetic core is constituted by laminating or winding up a thin strip of magnetic alloy, resin having a high degree of contracting and hardening property and high mechanical strength is impregnated and hardended so that the thin strip will be fixed firmly. Also, on the remaining part of the main body of the magnetic core, soft resin having low degree of contracting and hardening property, low degree of mechanical strength and rich elasticity, is impregnated and hardened. Consequently, as the degree of contraction and hardening of the greater part of the magnetic core main body is low and the soft resin part is fixed firmly, the distortion generating on each thin strip is small. Accordingly, the fluctuation of magnetic characteristics of magnetic core generating before and after impregnation and hardening of resin is small. Also, even when a part of magnetic core is cut and it is formed into cut core shape, no deformation is generated on the cross-section, because the repulsive force of each thin strip can be suppressed by the action of the resin part, having high fixing strength of the thin strip, formed on the circumferential part.
