PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiting current type oxygen sensor excellent in heat resistance and thermal shock resistance. SOLUTION: This limiting current type oxygen sensor is constituted by fixing bondingly with a heat-resistant material an solid electrolyte 2 joined with a lead wire (platinum wire) 3, to different faces of which a pair of electrodes 1, 1' are formed, to an outer circumferential part of a ceramic disk 4 having a small hole 5 to cover one side electrode 1' out of the electrodes 1, 1', and by extracting from the hole 5 the lead wire (platinum wire) 3 in a side covered with the ceramic disk 4 having the hole 5. |
