PURPOSE:To automatically create one totalized document by totalizing plural documents in the same format, which are stored in a document group file, item by item. CONSTITUTION:Totalization conditions consisting of totalization items, totalization systems of the items, the names of documents to be totalized, etc., which are operated and inputted from outside are determined and stored and held in a totalization condition table 6, and the documents having the document names stored in the totalization condition table 6 are read out of the document group file 4 and sequentially totalized by the items stored in the totalization condition table 6 which are included in the read documents according to the totalization systems stored in the totalization condition table 6. Then the totalization results of the sequential totalization by the items are accumulated and stored in a totalization table 7 together with the document names of the totalized documents, and the totalization results by the items which are accumulated and stored in the totalization result table 7 and the document names are outputted as the totalized document. |
