<p>PURPOSE: To lessen a fan used for cooling packages mounted inside a cage in noise and power consumption. CONSTITUTION: Switches 12, 13, and 14 which are pressed by packages to be turned ON or OFF to operate or stop fans 15 and 16 are provided to a back plane 10 which connects the packages. By this setup, a fan provided corresponding to a slot where no package is mounted is stopped. By this process, noises caused by fans and an electric power consumed by them are lessened.</p> |
