FIELD: heat power industry; applicable at thermal power stations and boiler plants. SUBSTANCE: plant has thermal deaerator with pipelines of treated and deaerated water, heating agent and flash steam, regulator of flash steam flow rate connected with regulating organ on flash steam pipeline. Regulator of flow rate of flash steam is connected with transducer of content of dissolved oxygen installed on pipeline of deaerated water. EFFECT: higher economic efficiency and quality of water thermal deaeration due to maintenance of optimal quantity of flash steam from deaerator. 1 dwg
