<p>The entire nucleotide sequence of porcine adenovirus serotype 5 (PAdV-5) is described as are methods of inserting heterologous nucleotide sequences, such as the TGEV S gene, into the E3 region of the virus. Vaccines and methods of preparing vaccines with the recombinant adenovirus are described as well as applications of the recombinant virus and vaccines.</p> |
