<p>Pupil correction for wiring ensuring a high degree of freedom is realized by improving the arrangement structure of wiring layer. Imaging region is bisected from side to side. In the wiring at pixel position disposed on the left side (-X side) of the center of the imaging region, contact part (31) and wiring (32) are disposed on the left side while vertical signal line (28) is disposed on the right side. Further, in the wiring at pixel position disposed on the right side (+X side) of the center of the imaging region, the contact part (31) and the wiring (32) are disposed on the right side while the vertical signal line (28) is disposed on the left side. As a result of this wiring, even when the wiring is shifted toward the center of the imaging region by pupil correction, the right and left vertical signal lines (28) are shifted in the direction departing from the contact part (31), so that pupil correction with a high degree of freedom can be realized.</p> |
