PURPOSE:To enable quick charge/discharge, by turning a contactor for temporarily dropping DC voltage ON, when switching is made from charge mode to discharge mode, thereby shortening the mode switching time. CONSTITUTION:A resistor and a contactor 17 for discharging a capacitor 14 are provided. When switching is mode from charge mode to discharge mode, the capacitor 14 drops the voltage quickly through the discharge contactor 17 and the discharge resistor 16 thus shortening the switching time. In other word, the contactor 17 is turned ON only during the time interval t2-t5 go as to drop DC voltage from Ed1 to Ed2 thus shortening the time difference T'1. Furthermore, an inverter control circuit(not shown) is operated continuously to perform synchronous follow-up during a time interval t0-t6, thus shortening the time difference T2' between the times t5, t6. |
