A high-frequency circuit in which a passive circuit element is connected to a bypass of a transmission line, characterized in that the high-frequency circuit has a structure where the transmission line is cut at the connection with the bypass and an end of the transmission line produced by the cutting is directly connected to the circuit element, and hence the inductance due to the connection line between the circuit element and the transmission line is substantially eliminated. A circuit element having such a terminal structure is also disclosed.
