PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of recognizing the operation condition of the IC card from the appearance of the IC card. SOLUTION: This IC card 200 is provided with a semiconductor integrated circuit(IC) 140, a coil 110 for converting magnetic signals from a reader-writer to electric signals, a rectifier circuit 120 for rectifying the output voltage of the coil 110, a constant voltage circuit 130 for generating the driving voltage of the IC 140 from the output voltage of the rectifier circuit 120 and an organic electroluminescence element (organic EL element) 150 for being excited by the output voltage of the rectifier circuit 120 and emitting visible light. |
