PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly control a communication means. SOLUTION: A first user prepares a rule table where evaluation conditions to be set in accordance with a state and the communication means are stored, for a second user. A use actual result table where the use actual result indicating how far the communication means used for communication from the second user to the first user has been used in accordance with wishes of the first user is stored. When the second user selects the communication means to request communication to the first user, a predictive use result obtained by using the selected communication means is reported to the second user before the start of communication, After requested communication is started, evaluation of the communication means which has performed communication is obtained from the rule table to update the use actual result of the communication means. |
