AMPLIFYING APPARATUS AND OPTICAL DISK DRIVE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the amplifying apparatus which enables a relatively low processing cost because it does not need a Bi-CMOS process and is realized using only bipolar transistors. SOLUTION: A plurality of patterns of phase compensation circuits, each including a resistor and a capacitor connected in series, are provided at an input portion (a base of a transistor Q5) of a buffer in the amplifying apparatus. A bipolar transistor Q6 is inserted between a capacitor C2 which forms a capacitance of the phase compensation circuit and a positive power line so that a base current (Isw) which serves as a switching signal does not affect the amplifying apparatus.
