PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adative antenna which can stably be operated even when there is a phase rotation corresponding to a window position deviation amount (d). SOLUTION: The adaptive antenna includes: an array antenna 10; a subcarrier extracting means 20 for separating each of reception signals into subcarrier signals; a synthesis means 30 which performs fixed weighting on each of the separated subcarrier signals for each of a plurality of antenna elements to adjust an amplitude phase and then synthesizes subcarrier signals with the same frequency to generate a synthesized subcarrier signal; and a weight coefficient calculating means 40 for determining weighting for adjusting the amplitude phase by means of the synthesis means on the basis of the separated subcarrier signals and the synthesized subcarrier signal, wherein the weight coefficient calculating means 40 further includes a phase estimator 42 for estimating a phase rotation amount between neighboring subcarriers on the basis of the synthesized subcarrier signal and determines weighting while further considering the phase rotation amount.
