PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor chip for stably immobilizing a bioactive material, and suppressing a nonspecific adsorption of a to-be-detected material. SOLUTION: The biosensor chip includes a self-organization film comprising: a metal film on a substrate; and an alkyl chain disposed on the metal film. A ligand and at least one of a functional group selected from a group consisting of a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, an alkoxy group, a methyl group and a hydrogen atom are provided on the self-organization film. A ratio of the number of the alkyl chains bonded to the ligand to the total number of the alkyl chains disposed on the metal film is 0.40-0.99. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
