PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the vibration efficiency of a piezoelectric body by allowing a support means to support an area near the node of the vibration of the piezoelectric body and allowing a vibration means to vibrate those other than the node of vibration. SOLUTION: A vibration means 20 is provided with an impact-giving means 121 for giving impacts for vibrating a piezoelectric body 110 in a pulse-like manner and a drive force transfer means 122 for transferring a drive force from the drive system to the impact-giving means 121. A supporting means 130 is provided with a support part 131 for supporting the piezoelectric body 110 and a fixing part 132 for fixing it. In this case, the support position of the piezoelectric body 110 due to the support means 130 and the vibration position of the piezoelectric body 110 due to the vibration means 120 support a node with a specific vibration mode and vibrates a loop, thus enhancing the generation efficiency to a maximum. |
