The invention relates to a food preparation in the form of a crude paste which can be shaped in the form of loafs, balls, biscuits or portions and prepared directly during the consumption thereof by any type of baking, in particular in a deep fryer and making it possible to produce products copying or recalling traditional potatoes-based products such as French fries, dauphine potatoes, potato croquets, rösti or potatoes biscuits. The inventive food preparation is provided with a high-protein content and a low glucide and lipid content. Said invention also relates to fried products, in particular in a fat substance and at a high temperature which are made of said food preparation in the form of a crude paste by means of shaping.
