PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion die for a metallic material which is excellent in durability and can obtain an extruded product with high quality. SOLUTION: The die 10 comprises: a die holding case 20 having a bear part 21 with an outer surface thereof being a pressure receiving surface 22 and arranged with the pressure receiving surface 22 directed backwardly; a male die 30 held inside the die holding case 20; and a female die 40 held by a forward part in the die holding case 20. The metallic material pressure receiving surface 22 of the pressure receiving part 21 is formed in a backwardly projecting shape, and the pressure receiving surface 22 is constituted of a polyhedron. A porthole 24 is formed in the pressure receiving part 21, and the central axis A2 of the porthole 24 is inclined to the central axis A1 of the die holding case 20. The die 10 is constituted so that the metallic material pressed by the pressure receiving surface 22 is led into the die holding case 20 through the porthole 24 and passed through an extrusion hole 11.
