PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cell structural member and a tightening structure from being damaged while stably securing very small discharge gas size of <=0.4 mm. SOLUTION: A space having a fixed gap size is formed between 1st electrodes 10, 10 formed from a flat rigid body by laminating a pair of the upper and the lower electrodes 10 to interpose a pair of both side rigid body spacers 20. A dielectric unit 30 composed of the rigid body having a sandwich structure formed by inserting a 2nd electrode 32 between two sheets of glass plates 31 is arranged in the space. The dielectric unit 30 is held at a neutral position in the space by plural spacers 40 for forming discharge gap, which is inserted between the upper and the lower 1st electrodes 10, and the discharge gaps 50 are formed on both surface sides. |
