PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temporal retarding of control, stabilize gas pressure under load fluctuation, and suppress reduction of gas turbine output in a coal gasification compound generation plant. SOLUTION: A gas turbine bypass piping 23, on which a gas turbine bypass valve 24 is interposed, is branched from a refined gas supply pipe line 67 on its upstream side of a pressure adjustment valve 16, through which pipe line 67 for refined gas is supplied from a gas refining arrangement 9 to a burner 3. A refined gas combustion device 25 is connected to the piping 23 for burning the refined gas. The refined gas combustion device 25 is connected to an exhaust heat recovery device 10, which recovers heat from exhaust gas of a gas turbine 4 for generating steam, at its discharging side of the combustion gas for recovering heat. An opening of the gas turbine bypass valve 24 is increased under normal operation, when the gas pressure at an outlet of gasification oven exceeds a set value. In a reverse case, the opening is decreased. The opening is so controlled that a difference is equal to zero between a set value of a steam turbine output and an actual output under load fluctuation. |
