PURPOSE:To inexpensively and efficiently perform the flocculation separation of the org. and/or inorg. solid in a waste developing soln. or the like. CONSTITUTION:After the concn. of carbonate in waste water is adjusted to 0.1-10g/l (in terms of CO2, the pH of waste water is adjusted to a flocculation pH range of 3.0-7.0 and a polymeric flocculant is added to waste water in this state while CO2 gas is generated and formed floc is floated by the floating CO2 gas to be separated. |
