PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of an uncooked food product by using germinated brown unpolished rice as a main ingredient. The uncooked food product contains abundant dietary fiber, thus has improved stability and high quality. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an uncooked food product is characterized by using germinated brown rice through dipping and culturing of brown rice in ionic water for 10-180 minutes and for 3-4 days respectively. The uncooked food product is manufactured into powder and granule types. |
