<p>PURPOSE:To provide a monoclonal antibody and polypeptide useful for metastasis inhibition. CONSTITUTION:The first objective anticancer antibody inhibiting the activity of cancer cells; the second objective hybridoma capable of producing said antibody; the third objective recognition antigen polypeptide for said antibody; the fourth objective DNA coding said polypeptide and the fifth objective transformant containing the DNA; and the sixth objective production method for said polypeptide by culture of said transformant. The above monoclonal antibody can be used for inhibiting metastasis (e.g. for lung cancer, glioblastoma). And, the polypeptide of the present invention and the fragments thereof can also be used for metastasis inhibition against carcinoma.</p> |
