Particulate antiperspirant materials can settle out of formulations comprisi ng a polyglycol ether and suspension agent, forming a compact layer which is difficult to redisperse. The problem of solids compaction and difficulty to redisperse is ameliorated or overcome if the antiperspirant material is surface treated with an alkanolamine, such as a methylpropanolamine.
