The present invention provides a transparent conductor (100) which allows a metal oxide layer and a metal layer to be easily patterned. The transparent conductor (100) comprises a transparent resin base (10), a first metal oxide layer (12), a metal layer (16) containing a silver alloy, and a second metal oxide layer (14), which are stacked in this order. The second metal oxide layer (14) contains ZnO as a main component and In_2O_3, TiO_2, Ga_2O_3, and GeO_2 as a sub-component, wherein the content of TiO_2 is 12 mol% or less with respect to the total content of ZnO, In_2O_3, TiO_2, Ga_2O_3, and GeO_2. |
