PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adequately remove the molding flashes generated at the time of production of a disk substrate made of a resin by injection molding without generating splinters. SOLUTION: The molding flashes 21 and 22 formed at the outer peripheral end of the disk substrate formed by injection molding of the resin material are irradiated with spots of light beams L1 and L2 and the molding flashes 21 and 22 are melted and removed by the heat of the spots. As a result, the molding flashes formed at the outer peripheral end of the disk substrate may be adequately removed. |
