PURPOSE:To make compact by constructing the rolling means with a rolling lever for connecting through a rotary link to the frame equipped with the upper edge and a link for coupling it to the eccentric shaft of the spindle. CONSTITUTION:At the shearing, the spindle 23 will rotate and the upper and lower edges 26, 26A will operate in the cross direction through the mutual operation of the frame 27 and the edge table 28 pivoted on the eccentric shaft sections 24, 25. Here the eccentric shaft section 38 will roll the lever 31 around the shaft 32 through the coupling link 36 while the frame 27 will roll around the eccentric shaft section 25 in the material carrying direction through the rotary link 34. Since the upper and the lower edges 26, 26A will perform the linear motion in the shearing direction and the rolling motion in the carrying direction simultaneously through the spindle 23 with predetermined regularity, the inter-travel shearing synchronous with the material carrying speed is achieved. Consequently the structure is simplified and it is made compact. |
