PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit the image data of a photographing range requested by every receiving terminal to the terminals by receiving the commands showing the positions in an image of a prescribed size from plural terminals, extracting the image data corresponding to a partial image of the image, and transmitting the command corresponding to the partial image shown by the image data to every terminal that transmitted the command. SOLUTION: The image data in one full frame consists of the data on plural frames. The image data stored in a temporary recording device 03 are reconfigured in a range requested by a receiving terminal and stored in an image data buffer included in a reconfiguration device 04. A receiving terminal 0 requests an image of a prescribed range via its internal designation means, and a receiving terminal 1 requests an image of another range in the same way. Under such conditions, the device 04 reconfigures the request frames based on the image data stored in the device 03 in response to the image ranges requested by the receiving terminals 09 and 10. Then the device 04 stores the reconfigured request frames in the image data buffer and then sends them to every receiving terminal. |
