food industry, in particular, baking and industrial branches. SUBSTANCE: the heat exchanger has a heat-insulated chamber, having a conveyor with a thin air space. It has two pneumonic cells. The first one has a bearing surface providing for an unstrained condition of the object conveying. The second one has an inclined bearing surface used for braking of the object of conveying. Gas serves as a heating-cooling medium. The thin gas space is formed under the article supporting surface due to the outflow of the gaseous heating-cooling medium through the outlets of the feed nozzles. The bending radius of the bearing surface and the slope of the braking section are determined in accordance with the prescribed dependences. EFFECT: enhanced quality of the processed article due to prevented contact of semifinished product with the working surfaces, simplified construction and control of the object conveying. 1 dwg
