PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a high-sensitivity user by efficiently gathering and totalizing questionnaire data when hits of contents as electronic data are predicted. SOLUTION: The high-sensitivity user extraction system is equipped with a data input means which inputs a reproduction record showing that contents written to a recording medium have been reproduced, data for the individual authentication of the user of the recording medium and sale data on the contents, a matching rate arithmetic means which calculates the rate of matching between the sale data and reproduction record, and a high-sensitivity user extracting means which extracts a user having a superior matching rate calculated by the matching rate arithmetic means.
