PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending machine by which two places of a long-sized material are simultaneously bendable and a bending method using the same. SOLUTION: The bending machine 1 formes difference in level on the long-sized material P. The machine is provided with a first and a second holding parts 65, 75 for holding the long-sized material P, a pair of first and second supporting members 40, 50 for opposingly supporting the first and second holding parts 65, 75 and a relatively moving mechanism 8 for relatively moving the first and second supporting members 40, 50 holding the long-sized material P in the first and second holding parts 65, 75 in a direction crossing the long-sized material P.
