SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING 1,3-BUTADIENE RECYCLING WASTE WATER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING 1,3-BUTADIENE USING THE SAME

Provided are a manufacturing system of 1,3-butadiene, and a manufacturing method of 1,3-butadiene using the same. More particularly, the manufacturing system of 1,3-butadiene comprises: a mixing part which generates a reaction mixture by mixing air, steam, and raw materials including a butene mixture; a reaction unit which converts the reaction mixture into a first byproduct through an oxidative dehydrogenation reaction, and includes a plurality of catalyst fixating layers separated at regular intervals; an oxygen supply which supplies oxygen between the plurality of catalyst fixating layers; a cooling part which separates the first byproduct into a second byproduct and wastewater by cooling the first byproduct; a circulation part which circulates the wastewater to the mixing part; and a separation part which obtains 1,3-butadiene by separating the 1,3-butadiene from the second byproduct. The manufacturing system of 1,3-butadiene can improve yield of 1,3-butadiene while reducing the amount of consumed energy and costs required to manufacture 1,3-butadiene.
