PURPOSE:To stably apply a high voltage, by integrally providing a high voltage application terminal on a part of a funnelform metal body. CONSTITUTION:No exhaust pipe is provided on a neck 1 but a funnelform body 2 is provided with an exhaust pipe made of the same metal as the funnelform body. A protrusion made by tight deformation for sealing after exhaust is used as a high voltage application terminal 11. The opening 12a of a high voltage terminal 12 connected to a high voltage lead 9 is fitted with the high voltage application terminal 11 to apply a high voltage to the funnelform body 2 through the lead. According to this constitution, the high voltage terminal 12 does not move on the funnelform body 2 due to external force or vibration. |
