PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize a circuit by constituting this device so that one circuit can be utilized respectively with plural persons or plural groups. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted by containing cassette decks 4a-4c being a message sound recording/reproducing means, respectively, a DTMF signal detecting part 10, a management information storage part 11 for storing the management information to each of plural message sound recording/ reproducing means, and an audio signal switching means 12. In this state, by one piece of telephone circuit 1, the message can be left separately to plural persons or plural groups. In such a manner the circuit can be efficiently utilized.
