<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily peelable cushion envelope superior in recyclable property enabling easy separation of plastics and paper, and its production method. SOLUTION: This envelope is so formed that on at least one surface of an outer sheet 5, a plastic peelable film 4 is adhered easily peelable. An inner sheet 3 having a cushioning characteristic is either adhered to or laminated on the surface of one peelable film 4 to form a sheet. One side of this sheet is folded in such a way that the inner sheet 3 faces and forms a bottom side 15, and the outer periphery of both sides of the bottom side 15 is heat sealed. By sealing and adhering this way, a heat seal 16 is formed, thus forming an easily peelable cushion envelope 1.</p> |
