The invention relates to a stationary machine tool (1) for the machining operation of different workpieces which, for example, can be a boring, milling or grinding machine tool. A correspondingly configured machine tool should guarantee an improved removal of chips such that it makes it possible to carry out a drying operation without the use of conventional cooling lubricants. To this end, the invention uses a primary spindle (2) which is slanted at an angle of at least 30 DEG with regard to the horizontals in a direction toward workpieces (3) arranged above a tool. |
