<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output of a fuel cell system from flowing back to the system when a load changes. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a current control means controlling a fuel cell and an output current of the fuel cell to any given values, a charge/discharge control means controlling a storage means made of a secondary cell and charge/discharge currents of the storage means, a system current measuring means measuring the system current flowing through a main breaker of a commercial power source, an alternating current voltage measuring means measuring the voltage of commercial power source, a fuel cell voltage measuring means measuring the output voltage of the fuel cell, and a power conversion means systematically outputting the output of the fuel cell and a discharge output of the storage means to the commercial power source in coordination with them, and is enabled to control the out put of the fuel cell and the charge/discharge power output of the storage means according to power consumption of the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
