PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type image forming device capable of preventing adverse effects on an image by eliminating the puddle of the liquid developer in a developing unit or a raised part of developer particle component prior to the developing work or at another timing. SOLUTION: A developing unit 4 is preliminarily driven prior to the developing work, a liquid developer applying roller 45 and a developing roller 46 in the developing unit are individually rotary driven, and the normal developing capacity of the developing unit is recovered, by eliminating the liquid developer puddle or the raised part of developing particles. |
