<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator for a sheet-like article handling device capable of surely eliminating static electricity on a sheet-like article. <P>SOLUTION: This static eliminator, provided on a sheet-fed printing press for performing printing on a sheet 1 includes static electricity removing device 61 to 64 for removing static electricity charged on the sheet 1. Also, the static electricity removing device is installed with: electrostatic sensors 51 to 54 for detecting the amount of static electricity on the sheet 1; a display-selection device 42 having a display part 42A for displaying information to a worker and a selection part 42B for selecting whether the static electricity removing devices 61 to 64 are controlled or not; and a control part 41 for controlling the display-selection device 42 so as to display information on the display part 42A in the display-selection device 42 based on information from the electrostatic sensors 51 to 54 and for controlling the static electricity removing devices 61 to 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
