Disclosed is a method for preparing tea which can add a sweet taste to a deep sour taste of citron without an additive having high calories, and can use the citron having a beautiful color. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the following steps: selecting citrons, green tea leaves, and Mirabilis jalapa L.; roasting the selected citrons at a temperature of 150-190°C, and aging the roasted citrons at low temperatures to prepare a citron material; wilting the selected green tea leaves in sunshine or shade for 8-12 hours, and fermenting and drying the wilted green tea leaves to prepare a green tea leaf material; roasting the selected Mirabilis jalapa L. at a temperature of 80-90°C, and aging the roasted Mirabilis jalapa L. at low temperatures to prepare a Mirabilis jalapa L. material; and mixing the prepared materials of citrons, green tea leaves, and Mirabilis jalapa L., and packaging the same in a container. |
