According to the present invention, disclosed is a paint painting test apparatus comprising: a pair of belt pulleys separated from each other; a belt part moved by rotation of the belt pulley part while surrounding the belt pulley parts; a backup roller part located among the belt pulley parts, and located on a lower side of the belt part; an applicator roller part located on an upper side of the belt part to correspond to a backup roller part; a paint supply part which supplies paint to the applicator roller part while contacting the applicator roller part; and magnetic parts located on the lower side of the belt part while being across the backup roller part, having magnetism. When a metal plate piece is transferred unidirectionally on the belt part and passes between the backup roller part and the applicator roller part, the paint is painted on an upper plane of the metal plate piece by the applicator roller part, and magnetism by the magnetic parts is applied to a lower plane of the metal plate piece. The paint painting test apparatus of the present invention tests a paint painting process by painting the paint on the metal plate piece which has a diverse length; and specifically, is shorter than a circumferential length of the backup roller stably. The paint painting test apparatus of the present invention is also able to acquire paint painting result as to the diverse metal plate pieces continuously, and is able to prevent a fault due to a color difference and an outer appearance in advance by being able to check a color realization value (color difference value) of the paint before starting paint production by realizing a painting condition of a coater company.
