Provided is an apparatus to manufacture a knife. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to manufacture the knife comprises: a polishing unit to polish a cutting unit of a knife; a polishing process unit including a driving unit connected to the polishing unit to drive the polishing unit, and an elevating unit to elevate the polishing unit; a case arranged to face the polishing unit of the polishing process unit; a knife mounting unit formed inside the case to mount a jig to fixate a knife; a knife moving unit including a jig moving unit to move the case forwards and backwards to make the jig move in the knife mount unit forwards and backwards while making the polishing unit contact with the cutting unit of the knife installed in the knife mount unit; a support unit to support the polishing process unit and knife moving unit; and a cleaning water supply unit to supply cleaning water inside the knife moving unit when polishing the cutting unit of the knife by the polishing unit, wherein a guide unit is included in the knife mount unit to move the jig laterally when moving the knife moving unit forwards and backwards using the knife moving unit while making the polishing unit be in contact with the cutting unit of the knife to form a plurality of curved units in the cutting unit of the knife coupled with the jig. |
