PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for achieving low profile of a connector that can be mounted on a board by means of an automatic mounting machine.SOLUTION: A board to board connector 1 is a connector that can be mounted on an LED mounting board 3 by means of an automatic mounting machine 2. The board to board connector 1 includes a plurality of contacts 4, and a housing 5 for holding the contacts 4, and having a contact insertion slit 6. The housing 5 is a single component formed integrally. The housing 5 has a housing body 7 for holding the plurality of contacts 4, a suction plate 10 having a suction surface 9 that can be sucked by the automatic mounting machine 2, and arranged to be superposed on the housing body 7, while covering the contact insertion slit 6, and four easy-to-fracture coupling parts 11 for coupling the housing body 7 and the suction plate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
