According to the present invention, a triangle net transference way for notifying a topographical drawing of a river section includes the steps of: selecting some (at least one edge point) of edge points in a lot as a common point such that all joint points of the river section in a serial cadastral map on two coordinate systems (TM and WGS84 coordinate systems) are included; forming a triangle net (TM and WGS84) by using the common point; and applying spatial shape change of a triangle on the two coordinate systems to the all joint points of the river section by a proportional function formula when a triangle in the triangle net of a world coordinate system (WGS84) is transformed into a triangle in the triangle net of a local coordinate system (TM), so that coordinates of each joint point of the river section are eventually coordinate-transformed into the local coordinate system (TM). According to the present invention as described above, various section information (river section, road section, and road adjacent section) prepared for various land development and regulation are accurately registered at a Korea land information system to be effectively applied to plan establishment with respect to land usage utilizing the Korea land information system, so that reliability of a national policy is improved and unnecessary civil complaint occurrence is remarkably reduced. |
